With hooks stickier than their name, SuperGlu are national treasures in waiting.
Since forming in Manningtree, Britain’s smallest town in 2015, the punk-pop group have built a reputation as one of the UK’s best emerging live acts with a gift for hooks and harmonies.
In 2016 SuperGlu released their critically acclaimed debut EP Horse on Antigen Records and headlined the BBC Introducing stage at Reading & Leeds festival. They played multiple official showcases at SXSW 2017 in Texas, including Huw Stephens & Steve Lamacq’s showcase at the British Music Embassy. The group were also crowned Best Live Act of 2016 by GigSlutz. Single 'Simmer Down' was Huw Stephen's BBC Introducing Pick of the Week when released in April 2017.

Bessie released her debut single Big Sleep on Don't Try in April 2017. The single wound up with plays across BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music. Six weeks into her career Bessie Turner was asked by BBC Introducing to appear at Latitude festival.
Her second single Words You Say was released In September 2017. It received its world premier from Jo Wiley on BBC Radio 2. The song went on to be played extensively across BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 6 and BBC Radio 1. In December 2017 Bessie performed a session at Maida Vale Studios for BBC Introducing. The following month she recorded a stripped back set for Steve Lamacq's BBC Radio 6 Music show.
Bessie Turner's debut EP 22:22 was released on Don't Try in April 2018. She toured the UK and EU as well as supporting Baxter Dury on selected dates throughout the spring. Summer 2018 saw her headline the BBC Introducing stages at both Reading + Leeds and Latitude.
Bessies single Nino was released in October 2018 digitally on Don't Try x Lab Records and as a 7" Single by Don't Try.
